Terms of Service



These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ONE ERP website (“Site”) and the ONE ERP software platform, applications, APIs, and related services (“Service”).

1) Who we are / Contracting entity

ONE ERP is operated by Three Shelves and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us”). If you or your organization enters into an Order Form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement for the Service, the contracting entity will be the Three Shelves entity or affiliate identified in that agreement.

2) Acceptance and authority

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscription plans, fees, billing cycles, taxes, and payment terms are set in your Order Form or plan terms. Any trial (if offered) is for evaluation and may have limits.

The Service and Documentation are owned by the Company and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during the subscription term, subject to these Terms.

Each party may receive confidential information and will protect it using reasonable care and use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms. Exceptions include information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

10) Support and maintenance

Support levels (if any) are defined by your plan or Order Form. We may perform maintenance and updates and will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption.

11) Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the Service using commercially reasonable care.

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and the Company disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination rights and data handling are governed by your Order Form and applicable law. Upon termination, access ends and Customer Data is handled per the contract/DPA and retention settings.
